This system is based around either a 6" or an 8" Color Touchpanel and provides full control of all the desired control systems in a home. The base system typically includes Temperature Control, Lighting Control and a complete Security/Fire/Life Safety System. Additional capabilities include control of music in the home, sprinklers and cameras. Recently added is the Energy Monitor Module which provides instanteous and historical viewing of the power usage of the home and the associated cost. The Series III System is modular so that each system is configured to meet each clients desired level of control. The integration benefits provide additional capabilities not available when the systems are separate. One example is automatically having lights turn off and heating and cooling systems setback when the home is unoccupied. The built in powerful Scheduler puts full control of all automation options in the hands of the user.

The primary functions of the Series III System can now be operated from an iPhone or PC if desired.

The original Home Manager system designed and built by Unity Systems was a very popular home control system that was incorporated into more than 6,000 homes built between 1986 and 1999. The product was a break through in providing a world class, easy to use home control system. Unfortunately, Unity Systems went out of business in 1999. Since then we have strived to provide support on these systems, including our creation of the Series II Home Manager System which we currently utilize to upgrade the orignal Home Manager system. The Series II system utilizes hardware from the largest and most prominent manufacturer of control system and Touchscreen hardware; Crestron. In addition best-in-class modules are utilized for the Temperature, Security and Lighting control aspects of the system to best assure maximum utility and intuitive operation. The Series II Home Manager can easily be expanded to provide control of music throughout the home, pool/spa operation, cameras, sprinklers and monitor energy usage of the home. And for operation of the system outside the home, a PC or iPhone can be used to interact and operate the system.
